What we collect

The contact form prepares a draft in your email app. It does not submit or store your enquiry on this website. We receive the information you include only when you send the email, such as your name, email address, website and message.

What we use it for

We use enquiry information to respond and assess a potential acquisition. Information may also be processed by email service providers or professional advisers where necessary for that purpose or to meet legal obligations.

How long we keep it

As long as the conversation is live, and afterwards only where we are required to keep records. If a conversation goes nowhere, we delete the enquiry on request.

Deletion and access

Email info@softleadtechnologies.com and ask for a copy of what we hold, a correction, or deletion. We action it within thirty days.
